OUR GOAL:

We offer consumer-friendly advice for all homeowners. Particular attention is given to educating the homeowner on how to get the best real estate brokerage, mortgage, insurance and other home related services or products available at a reasonable price.

We think that homeownership is, and should be the American Dream for all Americans. Sadly for many, there is no guide on how to make it happen, or how to prevent being taken advantage of. The goal of the Homeowner’s Consumer Center is focused on educating you, advising you, and protecting the American Dream of homeownership.

NEW INITIATIVE:

For a home buyer about to purchase an existing home for a modest fee we will design a supplemental inspection  protocol to ensure the home buyer is not stuck with huge repair bills on heating-ac equipment, plumbing, windows, doors or roof issues. For a buyer of a new home we will create a inspection report to identify issues that need to be fixed-before closing.

The Homeowners Consumer Center is the premier advocate in the United States for homeowners. The group is dedicated to educating homeowners in the US about how to hire the best local real estate agent, how to get the best deal on a mortgage or refinance, how to get the most appropriate homeowner’s insurance product, and other home related services or products that homeowners should consider. The group also provides national updates related to potentially defective or problematic construction products.
